Musion 3D Launches “World’s Largest” Hologram Showroom

The world of immersive AV just gained a bold new landmark. Musion 3D has opened what it calls the world’s largest AI-powered hologram showroom in London, a sprawling 11,000 sq ft facility designed to bring holography out of niche events and into a more accessible, exploratory environment.

A Showroom Built for the Future of Visual Experiences

Located in The Atrium in Uxbridge, the showroom, known internally as the World’s Largest Hologram Showroom (WLHS), features more than 50 life-size 3D digital avatars created by AI and CGI artists across Europe and the Middle East.

Within the space, visitors will find a diverse range of holographic display systems side by side: from compact Holobox and retail-grade EyeCandy units to large-scale Pepper’s Ghost “Eyeliner” display stages. For major performances and immersive shows, Musion 3D is also deploying its HoloGauze projection system, a proven platform for large-format visual experiences.

Beyond passive viewing, the showroom offers interactive and production capabilities. Guests can step into a capture environment and have themselves recorded as holograms, using a teleprompter-enabled process to deliver speeches or presentations that can then be rendered in 3D space. Telepresence “huddle rooms” also allow real-time meetings via holographic projection, opening new possibilities for remote collaboration, events, and corporate communications.

Why This Matters for the AV Industry

For years, holography has largely been associated with headline-grabbing concerts, VIP events or experimental theatre. By launching a purpose-built showroom of this scale, Musion 3D is signalling a shift, from “elite tech demo” to commercial-ready, widely accessible visual platform. This could lower the bar for creative agencies, museums, retailers, educators and corporate event planners who want to leverage holographic technologies but have been deterred by cost, complexity or lack of access.

From an integrator’s perspective, WLHS offers a rare chance to test, compare, and spec multiple holographic technologies under one roof. It’s an environment to evaluate setups from small-scale exhibition displays to full-scale stage productions, with support for AI-generated content, capture-to-hologram workflows, and live telepresence.

Moreover, by merging hardware (display systems), software (AI avatars, CGI content) and content creation, Musion demonstrates a holistic model for immersive delivery that goes beyond simple screen-based signage. As immersive media gains momentum globally, this could become a reference point for next-generation installations.

The Bigger Picture

Musion 3D’s new showroom doesn’t just show what holograms can do, it shows what they might soon become: a mainstream medium for storytelling, communication and live interaction. For those working in AV integration, digital signage, events, entertainment, and experiential design, WLHS is worth watching.
